1st soak in bowls with fingers to clean then I use cnd cuticle remover then the scrub (can use the mask here) then the massage cream then I wipe over the nails with the spray then paint. Xx hope this helps xx

Which products exactly in this kit and what size please

Hygiene spray, hand soak, hand scrub, hand mask and cream. It's not the size we use in college it's small scrub and musk. I can't imagine it would last a professional long but it's fine for personal use
