Your advertisement on this page says it has a 1) behind-ear or in-ear design? And 2) that it hangs around the neck?not shown in the photos??

1/ Yes it is behind the ear like a hook to hold it in place or in ear if you prefer. 2/ I would suppose you could hang it on something around your neck as tha hook touches like a magnetic connection to disconnect from your Bluetooth device when you put it in the case and reconnects with your device when you pull it apart to hook it on your ear.

Can you swim with these?

Thank you for your inquiry. Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 is waterproof. IP68 rated. They are water resistant in fresh water to a maximum depth of 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes, and are protected from dust. However, swimming won't work, since Bluetooth won't work under water.
