通常のダンベルヒップスラストは腹の上にダンベルを1個乗せて行うと思いますが、それでは負荷が足りないため、この商品を購入しました。 腰の左右ダンベルを配置してから、ベルトのベルクロを通して使用します。 実際ヒップスラストをしてみると、左右のダンベルが腰に食い込んでかなり痛いので、厚手のタオルを挟むなどの工夫がいります。 400ポンド(約180kg)まで対応しているとの謳っていますが、現状ダンベル40kg×2個でもベルクロを全面しっかり貼って、勢いをつけずゆっくり動かないと外れてくることがあるので、これがはたして90kg×2個に耐えられるかどうか疑問ではあります。 結論としては、バーベルでヒップスラストが出来る環境があるなら、その方が良いです。 「そこそこ高負荷でトレーニングをしたいけど自宅のスペースの問題でダンベルしか置けない、ジムに通うことが難しい」という比較的特殊な環境の人が、やむを得ず購入する商品だと思います。

I did with 2x16kg kettlebell and also with 2x24 kg kettlebell. Works great.

Love this addition to my home gym setup! Great for hip thrusts but versatile enough to use for other purposes and easy to use. Plus it doesn’t take up much space and is super sturdy. Doesn’t hurt like the barbell does!

I exclusively work out at home or in my small condo gym and have no access to a barbell. I’ve been struggling to up my weights for my hip thrusts because the dumbbells are awkward so decided to try this out. It’s very sturdy and makes him thrusting with dumbbells much more comfortable with an even weight distribution across my hips. Also has been perfect for back squats. Great accessory for a home gym!

Can’t speak for the long term durability yet, but my first impression is that this is well made and sturdy. I feel safe loading it up. It’s easy and comfortable to use.
