This is best by far the best vacuum cleaner ive used especially for removing pet hairs from your carpets. This is my 3rd K9 in 10 years we keep one for upstairs and one for everyday use downstairs. The 1st one had a lot of use over 8 years and had to be replaced. Performance is brilliant and easy to use, Being cordless it is so quick to set up and start in seconds. Will stand in the corner or closet very compact size. Great value for money.

Arrived on the delivery date, well packaged, very pleased , my old machine is still working well at 14 years old, and will be for use in the bedrooms now, I look forward to using this new machine as well,( hopefully for the next 14 years) they are so good, lightweight, reliable, great Suction having a Labrador in the house, picks up all the dog fur .

You have to assemble it yourself and if you are not strong you may need a friend to help. It seems to me that its improvements have made it less easy to use - I found it much fiddlier than the last one. It cleans well and the power lasts a long time. Similar noise levels to the older version.

This hoover is the BEST hoover I've ever owned. With its spinning head-brush it cleans carpets better than anything I've ever had. My Henry is good but it's like pulling a small washing machine around the flat. Dyson again just lumpy. This Gtech K9 is nimble, powerful, easy to manouvre and easy to clean. In fact I'm amazed at how much it picks up. The light is nice too, at first you think it might be a gimmick but it's actually very useful for seeing what you're doing, especially at night. The only bit of exit advice I would give is that if you have Moroccan rugs with tassels at one end then there is an art to hoovering these which is hoover straight across them. If you don't and the Gtech ends up ontop of them, then the tassels get caught in the spinning brush and the hoover will jam and switch off for 10 seconds - This is a safety mechanissm. Moving cleaning straight across them will avoid this. The other benefits to this machine are the air freshener capsules which last a good while and leave a pleasant scent. I have the K9 Hand held and that is brilliant too and is still going strong after 3 years. Gtech customer support is also brilliant and spare parts are easy to purchase. All in all a fantastic British product that's easily serviceable and does an amazing job... And no they didn't pay me to write this 🙂

Wow what a delight it was to hoover the house today. I’ve got COPD so having to stop & start in different rooms to unplug & replug a hoover is a nightmare. With this hoover I just went from room to room with easy, the lovely smell from the scent pods lingers for ages. It’s well built, stores easily as it doesn’t take up much room at all. So easy to empty & keep clean. Battery still has 4 green lights so will last ages. Designed that well my grandchildren 10-8 & 6 years old all had a go & could use it no problem, it’s energy efficient & most definitely worth the cost.

Brilliant. Good price for this product. Great suction when in use. Get 5 or 6 hoovers out of it before i have to recharge it

Thought it would arrive ready assembled but the instructions were clear and the two of us (disabled) between us, managed to put it together. The suction and movability is excellent. We purchased this also for the weight issue - it's a joy to use and it glides beautifully across the medium pile carpets. A fully able bodied person would have no problems at all! Lovely clean and no fuss parts that fit flawlessly. Volume is low. Pick up is superb. A bit pricey though but that seems to be the norm nowadays. Only qualm is the length of the rechargeable cable. It can just about stretch to the wall sockets, of which are fitted high in the wall.

Used it immediately out of the box & I thought my living room was clean, but it really got a lot of dirt on the first round!! Love the performance, the suction is fantastic. I own the Bissell Air Ram, but I have to admit, this generic version is as good or better & the price is so much cheaper. Also, has perfumed filters that are so pleasing to smell. I may have to order another one for my upstairs!!

Der Sauger ist sehr gut, aber leider kommt er mit Fransen nicht klar. Hat man ihn zusammen gebaut, so kann man ihn nicht mehr auseinander nehmen. Daher kann man auch nicht den gelieferten Karton benutzen. Der Verkäufer macht es einen damit sehr schwer!! Er schreibt auch ganz klar, man darf ihn ausprobieren( aber wenn er ausprobiert wurde will er ihn nicht zurücknehmen). Da ist noch Luft für einen Umgang mit Reklamationen drin.

Absolutely brilliant. Much lighter than the conventional stick vacuum and has a good suck. The battery seems to last plenty long enough. I was hoping to get a second battery, but I find it’s not necessary. Quite pricey in New Zealand compared to uk or USA pricing.
