Highly reccomended for people who struggle with putting weight on, I've tried countless products and program's from the Nhs deitiesions, taken every test known to man and nothing has worked, tried eating loads of fatty foods and even took a year out from work to do nothing and none worked. But after 3 - 4 weeks taking this it has help me massively, I've gained over 3.4 stone so far which is a massive achievement for me with and I've not had to change my normal routine. Boosted my confidence a lot.

Thai product makes such a difference on the body definition and it does really increase the strength as well. I've been using it along with my protein shakes for 3 months and it does work

Not gained any weight at all

So far so good. Have only taken a few and they seems pretty decent. Can definitely tell a difference when working out. Only given 4 stars as I need to see how the product improves over the coming weeks to review it for 5 stars.
