The real McCoy
These are the proper Aleppo flakes. Make no mistake I have tried others that are stronger in chilli flavour and cheaper but not as good. But Aleppo flakes are not about hot chilli flavour and I can get that from using traditional chilli flakes. These are the flavoursome and best I've tried. (albeit more expensive!)

This is a really good Aleppo pepper and beautifully packaged but you don't get much in a jar.

Great product
Lovely subtle chill taste. Only tried it sprinkled on poached egg so far but looking forward to using it on lots of other dishes. Will definitely be adding more Zest and Zing products to my spice cupboard.

Nice but expensive.
Teeny tiny amount ( hence the three stars) but prettily presented with its little olive wood spoon. I knew this when I ordered but was seduced by the spoon. The product itself is fine. But can be bought elsewhere in a simple bag for less money. Of course other suppliers may not be supplying such a fine quality product as this company claims to be doing.
