I used to buy another brand but thought I'd try this one as it was cheaper. First sachet failed to dissolve in cold water, tasted disgusting and I got a mouthful of granules. Second sachet I used water warmed in the kettle. Granules completely dissolved and it tasted much better. I'm currently 4 sachets in and feeling considerably better. I shall finish the other 2 sachets as I think it will resolve my cystitis completely and I would definitely buy again. I used to suffer regularly but not for about 20 years. Hopefully this us a one off.

Excellent product! This worked brilliantly, within 2 hours of taking the first sachet the burning sensation had reduced significantly, after the second sachet the urge to dash to the toilet every 15 minutes had all but gone. I highly recommend this product. You must finish the course over 48 hours for it to clear the infection. I was also drinking plenty of water to help flush the infection. The initial taste is cranberry, followed by a not so nice taste, small price to pay for the relief this product gives you. Will be keeping a box in my medicine cabinet in case needed again

It helps, its not a cure. It's perfect to take down the pain, but it wont get rid of a UTI. Or bladder related issues.

Good product

I am not one to suffer with cystitis but did one time many years ago. I recently had gone on a sugar free diet and discovered artificial sweeteners. I lost so much weight and was enjoying my new baking and eating without conscience. Life was so good. But then, I couldn't understand why I was suffering, and I mean suffering, bladder burning and so much pain during the night. It was agony but, eliminating all possible causes,I saw the sweetener I was using can cause bladder irritation. I ordered this product hoping it would help and it certainly did. It wasn't until the second day that I felt a great difference but it really does work. I have seen reviews that the taste is awful but it really isn't. It is just like a weak sugar water.
