Clairol Shimmer Lights 236 ml Shampoo

I dont really write reviews but bought it on the strength of the reviews this stuff is literally amazing it came quick and a bigger bottle than id ordered it smells nice and is a thick violet color my hair is bleached blonde from very dark brown and when its bleached its canary yellow when ive had toners on its usually doesn't go the white platinum blonde colour i want it to but ive used this twice after both bleachings and its come up with the colour i want the brassy bits are still there but the 'blonder bits' are a whitey platinum colour i usually leave it on for about an hour and hey presto its brilliant beware it may turn a slight lavender hue if left on for a long time but the purple shampoos all do it. Seriously this stuff is amazing i wish i could get a conditioner that could improve the condition of my hair i think the conditioner to this would just help with the colour if any body knows of any would be great if they could share, You wont be disappointed with this

I usually don’t follow influencers, but one of them suggested this purple shampoo and OMG it’s the best I ever tried. You need only a small quantity to get the perfect ashy colour. The colour last for weeks with better results than my hairdresser. The bottle also lasts long. The smell is not the best but who care when you get this results. The best purple shampoo ever!

It really does what it says on the bottle. It smells really good, as for the cost worth every penny. Very impressed

After using this 3-4 times, my hair has achieved the lighter colour that I've wanted so I am very pleased with the results. Like most toners, it does cause dryness but so does colouring your hair blonde. However I have mitigated this by using a hair mask and deep condition after each wash. This helps moisturise my hair and prevent further breakage. Excellent product and results, definitely recommend buying.

Small bottle for the price.

This stuff works wonders! I've been going blonde for about 5 years now. I have naturally almost black (super deep/dark brown) hair that requires a heavy foil, all over color, and tone every 5 weeks. Needless to say, purple shampoo is my best friend. I've tried several brands, some garbage, some amazing. This ranks at the top. #1 will always be Davines Alchemic Conditioner in silver because the deep purple lifts brass and also conditions your hair. Very. Very. Important. Downside it that it's expensive, and I'm not a stripper so I can't afford that life on the regular. #2 Clairol Shimmering Lights Shampoo. It took all of ONE wash to see a significant difference in the yellow hues and brassiness of my hair. The only downfall is that the smell is very... earthy? Think the soap aisle at Whole Foods... or PCC. Or that hippie chick in your class. It isn't terrible, and not enough to deter me from using it regularly between my Davines. I will say though IT IS VERY DRYING. So be sure that you pray to coconut oil Jesus after, or at least use a good conditioner, otherwise your hair will feel gross and you won't like it and you'll be all like,"OMG THIS PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE BECAUSE IT WORKS, BUT I DIDNT READ THE REVIEWS." So, ya welcome. Saved you a step. The suppliers must have taken note from reviews because my bottle arrived with an ungodly amount of packing tape wrapped around the lid to keep it from spilling, which worked. No mess when I opened it. :) Overall, this is totally worth the $9 and you should definitely get it. Oh yeah: - this isn't bleach, it's not going to lift anything. - this isn't a miracle, you still need to use quality products. - this will not stain your hands or tub. - this does burn if you get it in your eye. - it's shampoo. It lathers. - use conditioner. - use conditioner. - use the fricken conditioner.
