Will it remove/soften textured paint?

I got this to remove gloss from a set of wooden draws, with a bit of scraping an sanding it did the job it certainly made a difference but it won’t come off on it’s own you need to scrape and finish off with sanding to get it all completely gone, the more you scrape and add mixture to it the more it’ll soften

Will this remove old paint from upvc Window frames

I don’t know as haven’t had chance to do it yet.I got it to take runs from roof treatment on gutter pvc.asuggest try very obscure part on frame and see how you think it goes angelina
