Autoglym Bird Dropping Wipes, 10 Pack

Amazing Wipes, they work really well and left no residue at all. I just used a microfibre cloth to buff after. They are also an ideal size. Yes little expensive for wipes but if you take care in your paintwork then like me they are worth every penny plus handy to keep in the glovebox

Good Quality & done the Job

So Simple.Rip open the sachet.Unfold the wipe to quarter or half size.Hold against the bird poo for 10-20 seconds WITHOUT wiping.(Just let the fluid do it's work to soften the poo).Very gently rub once 20 seconds has passed, but DO NOT apply pressure.If the bird poo is still too hard to wipe away, then hold the wipe against the poo for another 30 seconds.Try to gently rub away the poo again, but DO NOT apply pressure.The above method works 9 times out of 10.Sometimes, when a bird has literally dropped it's entire guts on one spot on the car and it has totally hardened, then you may need to do all of the above 2 or 3 times.The reason you should NOT wipe too soon, and why you should NOT apply pressure, is to prevent damage to your paintwork.You don't want to be scratching the paint on your car, by rubbing the hard and abrasive bird poo!This product works effectively 90% of the time.Occasionally (very rarely), more than 1 wipe is required before everything is successfully removed.These wipes are quite expensive and I am not convinced they represent good value.At over 75p a wipe (£7.56 a box of 10)... that is quite a lot of money for something that you'll use quite often.Personally, I think that 50p a wipe would be a far better reflection of it's true worth (ie £5 a box).I will buy again though, as they are handy to keep in the glovebox or boot and take up less space than a bottle of bird poo removing spray (that would also require an additional microfibre cloth to be kept in the car)I gave this product 4 starsEase of Use = 5Cleaning Power = 4Value = 2.5Overall, this item is recommended.... An excellent product which is easy to use and does what it says it does.

Just got my new car and the dealer gave me 2 of these which I used within the first week of having the car. It is very effective and removes bird droppings from car paint and windscreens. I bought an entire box and have at least a couple in my glove compartment, highly recommend if you value the paint on your car

Great product, exactly as expected, although where I live by the sea I could do with a bigger pack!

For the price, I expected a whole lot more from this product. The only difference between these and wet wipes, these leave less smears after you’ve wiped off the bird droppings. There are much better products available but these are ok if you’re out for the day and need them in an emergency. They come individually wrapped which is convenient as it leaves you somewhere to put the wipe when you’ve used it.

Best for cleaning off poo without any problems

チョットしたフンならこれが良いですね　液を染み込ませるようにゆっくり力を余り入れない様に拭いてます　ペーパーおしぼり？みたいな素材で手のひらサイズ　拭いた後は　入っていた容器に戻して捨てるそんな感じですかな！余りにもデッカイフンには厳しいです。（笑）

I think people who say it’s just like any wet wipe are probably using it like any wet wipe. The instructions say to lay the wipe over the bird poo and let it soak before wiping it off, so you don’t scratch the paint. If you use it correctly, it seems to work well.

Le salviette impregnate sciolgono effettivamente il guano sulla macchina. Sono abbastanza grandi e possono essere tagliate a misura in modo da usarne una sola per varie macchie. Tuttavia, una volta asportata landeiezione, rimane una traccia del detergente della salvietta che va poi risciaquata altrimenti rimane la macchia fino al lavaggio successivo. Un po' come i prodotti per sciogliere la resina o le tracce di insetti. Non si può purtroppo fare a meno dell'acqua per tutti questi inconvenienti.
