It surprisingly works
Bought a new car a few months back and love the new unmarked shiny bodywork but it seems each time I wash the car I find a new mark or scratch, don't know how they get there as I really look after my car, I can only think of supermarket etc car parks where I also sit and watch how carelessly people are in car parks, the main gripe being that in the UK the size of a parking space is ridiculously too small especially considering the large size of some cars. Anyhow I did notice 7 scratches after my last car wash, 5 were light scratches similar to a twig or branch scrape all approx 5in long and 2 were deeper and revealed the white undercoat approx 1in long. I did a lot of research to find what is the best way to remove or even just improve these scratches and the G3 PRO had quite good reviews and results so I ordered from Amazon and 3 days later it arrived, I couldn't wait to try it and typically in the UK it was pouring with rain so I had to be patient and wait til it stopped. I first washed the marked areas of the car and dried thoroughly. Then I got a clean microfibre cloth, dampened it and the applied one pea size blob of G3 to the cloth. I then rubbed this over the scratch in 'up and down' and 'side to side' motions, not circular, with some light/medium pressure until the cream was dry, about 10 seconds, then with another clean dry microfibre cloth I buffed it up. I was amazed, the first scratch had completely gone, so I carried on with the others. The results are that all 5 light marks had disappeared, 1 deeper scratch had completely gone and the last deep scratch was approx 75% better, in fact I'm the only one who can see it. I was very impressed and am happy my car is back to showroom condition. The colour of my car, a Vauxhall Zafira, is Dark Grey. The tube is easy to use and there is plenty to see off many future scratches. The lid was slightly difficult to close but I found that by pulling the lid towards you as you snap it down works best. Clean and tidy formula and quick to use. I guess a really deep long scratch or bad stone chip will need a respray so don't expect miracles but this will definitely work on light to medium scratches.

Expensive but effective
This is a good product which does not seem to damage the delicate lacquer on modern metallic paint finishes when used as directed. It is also remarkably good at getting embedded paint off where that paint comes from someone who is careless about how they open their door in a car park! It is very good on light to moderate scuffs and scratches. If in doubt, use this product lightly twice not "hard" once, do NOT rub in circles! Do not forget to add multiple layers of quality wax - ideally smthg like Autoglym Resin - after using this paste. I thought it was a little expensive for an unknown brand but compared to the cost of bodywork repairs...! Highly recommended.

Vast improvement on minor scuffs, some improvement on shallow scratches, no improvement on deep scratches.
Bought as I suspect the neighbourhood kids while playing football had accidently kicked their ball into the rear passenger door of my car. The damage; several rough to touch matt marks to the deep gloss piano black paintwork taunting me every time I open the driver door. I prepared area by cleaning with a damp micro fibre cloth and surprised at how much dirt came off. Dried the surface. Instead of a foam waffle I used a cheap miracle cleaning sponge from pound stretcher as this is a very dense foam block but would apply pressure equally over paint work. Rinsed foam block, squeezed out water, applied pea sized amount to foam block. Worked in to area up/down, left to right. First attempt I suspect there was too much water in the foam block as the paste went into a gritty solution due to excess water. After the second attempt, when I wiped the excess away with a mircofibre cloth, to my surprise the scuffs had gone! I was speechless. I tried it on another scuff, the sort I suspect where the previous owner couldn't be bothered to make sure that when inflating the far tyre using a compressed air line that the rubber hose didn't rub against the bodywork. Sadly the marks are still there but they are vastly improved. I reckon after a third go and a polish it will look better. On a scratch 1" long and about 1mm wide, not to undercoat or bare metal, no improvement but I wasn't expecting any results due to how bad the scratch was. Just thought I'd try and see. Worth purchase. Just don't have stupidly high expectations on deep scratches.

Good but don't expect much
Will remove tiny scratches, wont remove anything that really matters ... but will make it harder to spot, the scratches on my car were plainly visible, my car's colour is black, white scratches looked clear from a couple of meters, after using this product the scratches became a bit grey ... so they are harder to spot. However, no matter how much more I use the product I am not getting any more improvements, my car looks better now, but don't expect miracles.

Seems to work
This has indeed removed some very fine surface scratches, and failed on some deeper ones, this is exactly what the makers say. I have not used it with their applicator but simply used a cloth (I won't pay £4 for a bit of sponge!), I have also tried it on my plastic headlight covers that are a bit scratched it has made an improvement but would be even better with a machine polisher (which I don't have). If you buy one of these for your own car it will probably last a lifetime, unless you car is covered in scratches everywhere (in which case you need to get it resprayed or you'll die in the process of trying to remove all of them with this stuff). All in all for little bits it's quite good and a definite improvement over a cutting polish.

Had a 8” pretty deep white scratch well into clear coat on door of my Black 2024 Mustang GT. Watched You tube received G3 tube this am and went at it. Though a shallow indentation remains, area now smooth, shiney….Remarkably the white scratch is now Black and very difficult to notice unless you inspect carefully. Engineers who made this compound are Very impressive A+, beats the $400 body shop estimate to paint the door. 1 star for the cap on product, believe it or not the closure lid doesn’t work well, each application I had to monkey around with cap to close. Whoever engineered and made the cap failed D-
