Avoid using externally at all costs!!! Melts when wet
Bought this to refresh external window frames. Applied neatly and left untouched to dry for 3 days. Then as soon as it rained it then turned from dry to soggy and started to melt away. Completely useless. The product says EXTERNAL sealant - but reading the small print on the actual product says: limitations - for use on INTERNAL UPVC doors only. For external use, it lists other recommended products??!!

Leaks from the push end of the tube
Cheap, works well enough as a sealant but leaks from the push end of the tube..took hours to clean the electric gun afterwards.

Avoid. Pathetic. Useless. Got wet, came off. Bin.
Used outdoors but is not fit for purpose as it turned to mush in the rain. What’s Good: went on easily, stuck nicely, dried a little darker than on application and was a pleasant colour. First impressions good. What’s Bad: first rain and it came unstuck then turned to mush. It all scraped away with the lightest touch from an arthritic finger. Pathetic.

Poor Application and Performance
I purchased the External Frame Sealant in grey, expecting it to be a reliable and flexible solution for sealing gaps around my windows and doors. Unfortunately, I’ve been very disappointed with its performance. First off, the application was tricky. The sealant was difficult to smooth out and didn't spread as easily as other products I’ve used in the past. I followed the instructions carefully, but it left an uneven finish that looks untidy. Even after allowing it to cure, it didn’t set as firmly as expected. I’ve noticed that it doesn't hold up well to pressure or temperature changes, leading to small cracks appearing after just a couple of weeks. Additionally, the product’s claim of being mould-resistant doesn’t seem accurate. After a short period of time, I started noticing some mould build-up in the areas where the sealant was applied, which is extremely frustrating for a product that is supposed to prevent this issue. Lastly, while the grey colour is fine, the overall look is not as clean or neat as I had hoped. It’s definitely not a product I would recommend for exterior use, where durability is key. I’m now looking for a more reliable sealant to fix the issues it caused.

***Never sets***
Score 2 out of 10. The colour and ease of application = great. That's where the good news ends. The sealant should in my opinion, set like rubber to provide a waterproof barrier. Instead, it never actually sets. The final result is a plasticine / blu-tack kind of finish. Soft and squidgy and contact with water (even after 48hrs) gives a white, milky paste. For exterior work, use silicone sealant only. Can't find a use for this product therefore refund required ;-(

Useless as a sealant...
This product is useless. I bought it as a sealant. It is advertised as external grade and waterproof. It was appliaed as instructed with greatest of care and left for two days without use. The first thing is it dries much much darker than shown, secondly it turns white when exposed to water - the photograph shows a bead that had one drop of water on it, and, most damningly, it disintegrates if it is wiped wet!

Disintegrates / Melts even with condensation water !!
Was very happy initially as applying the sealant was very easy & came out well. However frustrating to see the "External Sealant" melting with slightest of condensation water ! Disappointed. Definitely 'NOT as it says'

Total waste of money
This turned into something the consistency of toothpaste. ... it basically washed away 2 days after applying. Applied in dry weather and looked good.... but turned to white powder.... Avoid. Could upload a photo as there's an issue at amazon.
