One of the screws too short and won’t thread onto the adapter
One of the screws looks like it’s been cut too short which doesn’t allow you to mount the adapter

Very bad quality item
Broke first time I used them. Put ear defenders on went to pull ear defenders over my ears and they broke. Tried to return them and Company ignored my request, finally put a complaint in with amazon and they refunded me.

Broke on 3rd day
Snapped on 3rd day of use. For the cost of these the plastic is too brittle and snaps easily from normal use
