We recently bought this box and it only came with the end caps to the isles. Where can I find the isles to complete the store.

The product description states this is a Mini Brand Store to store the mini brands you collect. So while you do have to purchase the mini foods yourself, more buggies and carts to build your own grocery store, you dont have to collect the shelves. It states 100% that this item contains shelves, end caps, 1 cash register, accessories like carts and 5 mini brands to "start up your store". Contact the seller for a replacement or refund.

Why can’t I review this item? Is it because everyone knows it is that bad?

Reviews go through approval process. Perhaps check to see if any issues related to your account. Its not a bad toy even if it takes an engineering degree to put it together. It is just a bit misleading m. It is over priced based on the seller, not toy maker.
