I've been using this product for a while. Initially when skiing but now place them on the lower back for warmth and relief of back pain. Highly recommend.

Excellent heat pads they last longer then stated most the time and stick to my cloths well.

Needed something to heat my arm while away from home for a few days. Thought I’d try these and have found they work really well. Patch gets very warm and stays warm for hours. Stayed in place even during the night. Found the quality good, no rips or tears.

I measured the temperature of the heat pad after 30 minutes (see photo) and compared it with my wi-fi router and a smart meter display (see other two photos). Barely warm to the touch. If you followed the instructions and stuck it on the outside of clothing you couldn't detect any heat at all! When I went online to say it was defective, the system said it couldn't be returned! Even though the item was said to be "Eligible for refund, repair or replacement if damaged or defective". Ended up having to talk to Amazon Customer Service. To be fair, they refunded without argument.

I’m very pleased with these they stuck well to clothing and the heat is good.

I have polymyalgia rheumatic and use these pads on my back at night. I wake up during the night and it’s like having a hot water bottle there. And still hot in the morning! I love them. My son has problems with his back so I sent him some. He was a bit skeptical about them but is also delighted with them and says they’re better than a massage pack he was using on his back. And they’re a reasonable price!

Si comme moi vous avez cherché de ces trucs magiques qui chauffent vraiment et réellement plus de 8 heures, vous avez trouvé. (j'ai découvert ces patch chez mon kiné, qui soit dit en passant les paye plus chers au tarif gros !) Ça marche exactement comme indiqué, plus sensiblement et plus longtemps qu'un produit de la marque en boites rouges testé dans l'urgence pour 3 fois plus cher en pharmacie. À coller sur un teeshirt bien sûr, et si possible du premier coup. 2 essais maxi sinon la surface adhésive se sature de fibres et ne tient plus si bien. Perso, je les ai en plus plaqué dans le creux des reins avec une ceinture abdominale légère pour encore plus d'effet et de confort. Ravi, je recommence sitôt que nécessaire…

I used these a lot when I was living in Japan. You can get them for a lot cheaper, everywhere over there, and they work great for menstrual pain (in conjunction with pain relievers). I looked and looked and was happy to find these. They get warm and last for longer than you'd think they would. They also stick super well and stay where you put them until you're ready to peel them off, even if you sweat. 10/10 I love these things. They *do* take a little while to warm up when you first open them (I'm guessing it takes awhile for the chemical reaction to happen), but once they do it's good.
