ergonomic mouse by Anker
I had never heard of ergonomic mice before and for years I had quite happily used a 'normal' mouse for computer work. Until I had an injury to my dominant arm and using a normal mouse was just so painful. The ergonomic mouse was a game changer. So I continue using these mice even though my arm is better. How you hold the mouse ergonomic is so natural and comfortable to use. A few weeks ago I bought the same mouse but wired. The wired mouse is brilliant but the wire kept getting in my way. Now I have got the wireless one. Identical to the wired one. Easy to use and go back pages. I love it. It comes with a USB for the computer and requires 2 AAA batteries for the mouse. Once the batteries are in it is ready to go. There is no need to go to settings to set it up.It works straight away. However, I have returned it. There was nothing wrong with the mouse apart from the red light not coming on when I was using it. It is hard to explain. The wired mouse's stripe lights up red when you use it, which I liked. I could see the computer was on and ready to go. However the wireless mouse same model just wireless the light strip does not light up at all. So it looks like a dead mouse. I have got used to seeing the red light on the other model. So, I don't know if it is a fault or just how its designed. I SENT THE WIRELESS MOUSE BACK AND GOT ANOTHER THE SAME. tHE SAME THING THE STRIP DOES NOT SHINE WITH ALIGHT LIKE THE WIRED ANKER. i CONTACTED ANKER AND THEY SAID THE WIRELESS MOUSE DOES NOT LIGHT UP. I like anker but I also like a wireless mouse with lights so I sent this back again.

Confortable and easy to setup!
Fantastic Ergonomic Design โ A Game-Changer for Wrist Pain Relief I recently purchased this mouse, and it has made a world of difference in my daily comfort and productivity. If youโre dealing with wrist pain from traditional mice, this product is a must-have! Ergonomics at its Best: The vertical design is incredibly intuitive, providing a natural hand position that drastically reduces strain. It took me no time at all to adjust to the new grip, and I immediately noticed how much better my wrist felt after extended use. Unlike conventional flat mice, the vertical structure keeps my hand in a handshake position, which is much more comfortable and ergonomic. Easy to Set Up and Use: The setup is as simple as it gets. Just pop in two AAA batteries (which arenโt included) and plug in the wireless USB receiver. Thereโs no need to fuss with drivers or complicated software โ itโs truly plug-and-play, making it perfect for users who want hassle-free installation. Improves Comfort & Reduces Pain: Before switching to this mouse, I was experiencing significant wrist discomfort, but after just a short time with the Anker ergonomic mouse, Iโve noticed a significant improvement. The thoughtful design encourages better posture and reduces the strain that traditional mice tend to cause. In Summary: The mouse is a fantastic solution for anyone looking to alleviate wrist pain and improve their overall comfort during computer use. Itโs easy to set up, has a solid ergonomic design, and is perfect for both work and leisure. Highly recommended!

Excellent product and has really helped reduce wrist strain
I have been using this mouse now for a few weeks and have really noticed the difference. When I found I was having problems (again) with wrist pain I started looking at options for an upright mouse and come up with two, the Evoluent which is over ยฃ70 for a cable version or the Anker, which is less than ยฃ20 for wireless. As it happens my wife now uses the Evoluent mouse at work and she bought it home for me to try and I was not impressed. I found it too upright and as a result struggled with accuracy and kept clicking the wrong button. I bought the Anker mouse and have been very pleased. The angle is much more natural and comfortable on the wrist than a traditional mouse but has just enough slope on it that you can make the transition to using this mouse with ease. Very responsive and the fact that it turns off after 10 minutes or so must help save battery. It wakes up with a click of the mouse button so I don't feel it slows me down. I know some reviewers felt it needs a lip on the bottom so your little finger isn't being rubbed over the mouse mat. This might help but I have not found it any problem. The only thinkg to be aware of is that it is higher than a traditional mouse so I do have a slight tendency to move my hand across from the keyboard and send it flying. (My son has commented on the same thing when he uses the computer). I'm sure this is something I will get used to and. All in all I am really pleased. A great mouse, very easy to pick up and use and massively reduced the problems I was getting with my wrist. I jsut need one at work now.

Anker 2.4G Wireless Vertical Ergonomic Optical Mouse
Iโve been using the Anker Wireless Vertical Ergonomic Mouse for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say itโs made a huge difference. I spend long hours on the computer, and I was starting to feel wrist strain with my old mouse. Switching to this vertical design has been a lifesaverโmy wrist feels so much more relaxed, and the natural hand position is incredibly comfortable. The wireless connection is solidโno lag at allโand the adjustable DPI (800/1200/1600) is great for switching between precise work and faster navigation. Itโs lightweight, fits perfectly in my hand, and the buttons are responsive without feeling cheap. Plus, the battery life is impressive; I havenโt had to change batteries yet. If youโre dealing with wrist discomfort or just want a more ergonomic setup, this mouse is worth every penny. I honestly wish Iโd made the switch sooner!

Well priced and Works Ok but not massively comfortable
I needed an ergonomic mouse due to wrist problems but wasn't sure what to get as I'd never used one before. I took a chance on this one mostly due to the price - if i got on well with it then i might upgrade to a more expensive one, plus i've got several other anker devices and they're always good quality. For the price, this one seems to have decent build quality and works as soon as the batteries are inserted and the usb dongle is plugged in. I did find the wireless range lacking (my PC is under my desk), and I had to move the dongle from the back USB ports to one on the front to get a reliable connection. The shape takes a little getting used to. It's very tall compared to a normal mouse, and i frequently catch it with my hand, knocking it off the desk, when moving paperwork around. Hopefully over time I'll get more used to that! It's mostly comfortable, but I find the wheel a little too far forward. On a traditional mouse I've always used my index finger to control the wheel - but can't reach the wheel on this mouse like that. So I've had to teach myself to use my middle finger for the wheel - slowly getting used to it. Just thought an ergonomic mouse might be a bit more flexible in allowing you to find a comfortable position Battery life is a little disappointing. The batteries in my old (traditional) logitech mouse seem to last forever. But The AAA Energisers i used in this new mouse lasted just 3 months. Not terrible, but also not great. Also gave no warning of low battery level. Just turned my PC on one day and found I had no mouse pointer. Thought something had gone wrong with a windows update, but tried new batteries and suddenly everything was good again!

Really helpful for my shoulder and much more comfortable to use
I bought this ergonomic mouse because my shoulder and arm had been playing up with RSI and a bit of frozen shoulder, and it has made a noticeable difference. The vertical shape feels strange for the first day or two, but once you get used to it your hand and arm feel far more relaxed. The buttons are responsive, the movement is smooth and the DPI settings are easy to switch depending on what you are doing. It connects instantly and the wireless range is strong enough that I can sit comfortably without feeling hunched over the desk. The shape encourages you to keep your wrist straight and your shoulder more relaxed which has eased a lot of the tension I was getting with a normal mouse. It is also lightweight and fits nicely in the hand without feeling bulky. If you are dealing with discomfort from long hours at the computer, this is well worth trying. It has helped me a great deal and I am very pleased with it.

Excellent mouse. So worth it....
This mouse has been a tremendous help for me. I didn't know such "ergonomic mice" existed, but recently my tennis elbow got so bad that I couldn't work and I had to find some alternative to a traditional mouse. I quickly found the Evoluent mouse, but since it costs to $100 and I had never tried an ergo mouse, I was unwilling to spend that much on an experiment. Then I found the Anker Vertical Mouse. It's not quite as vertical as the Evoluent, which I thought might an issue for me, but it was cheap enough that I thought I'd give it a try. i figured if it helped at all, I'd then give the Evoluent a shot. Based on a few weeks of use, I don't think I'll bother with the Evoluent and instead buy more of these. The relief was almost instant. I hadn't realized how uncomfortable I was with the regular mouse. The angle of the palm on the Anker mouse is enough to provide relief from the pain, and yet still "flat" enough that you don't have to learn to use the mouse. To make the cursor move left, you just move your hand to the left - just like a traditional mouse. I think the more-vertical Evoluent mouse might be better for my wrist, but then "left" becomes completely "toward your palm" which won't feel as natural. I have been using high-end Logitech mice for years. The Anker mouse feels very similar. The foward/back buttons under the thumb are right where they should be and work just like the Logitech. The scroll wheel feels just about like the Logitech as well. The button clicks feel "appropriate". I suppose the mouse feels a little cheaper than the high-end Logitech mice, but who cares? If I have any complaints, they are trivial. The mouse is maybe 3.5 inches tall. I keep knocking it off the desk as I shuffle papers or reach for the phone. Not really any fault of the mouse, but I do it often enough that I thought I should mention it. Also, the mouse itself goes to sleep after some time without use. I am used to waking up my PC by moving the mouse - this doesn't work. I now have to click a mouse button to wake up the mouse itself, then it will wake up Windows. A silly change in habits, but one I have yet to learn. I have big hands, and I wouldn't mind if it was a little bit bigger, but it's perfectly fine with me as is.

Game changer!
Total game changer. I had been suffering wrist pain and tingling in my fingers from using a standard mouse so my chiro recommended this type of mouse. It took about a week for my muscles to adjust properly but Iโm now enjoying pain free computer use. Very comfortable and great quality.

Good mouse, may be too big for small hands though
I have bigger than average hands for a female and I find this mouse to be comfortable. It may be a little bulky for small hands. The DPI-button works well so you can adapt to different speeds and I like that it has a receiver so that I don't have to rely on my old laptop's Bluetooth, which is a little unstable.
