Which way up do you store the bottle in the packet after the first use?

I store upright and give a shake before use.

Please can you tell me if the box and/or bottle are sealed with a tamper proof seal?

The box is sealed with in the normal way, not tamper proof. I've had these numerous time with no problems..

My eyes often make a clicking/cracking sound when i blink. Could this product help with that?

I've not heard of that before! It's a lubricant and works well on dry eyes. You might be advised to check those symptoms with an optician.

I’m afraid I am unable to find an answer to this question. I suggest asking a pharmacist or maybe contacting Ursapharm direct. I can say they are a very effective product that can be discarded after 3/12 rather than the usual 1/12.
