Seem like a good buy
Arrived promptly, and all in good order, as far as I can tell at this time. Two of the tubes are to be spares, so won’t find out if they work until I need to use them; I will try them out if I can Christmas holidays allowing. They are most defiantly blue, which I hope indicates that they also glow in the UV part of the spectrum. The two starters also work well.

Not Impressed!
I like that it came in a little package but after half an hour of swinging it around trying to swat flies I found one on the door and killed it first hit... the tube broke straight away :( This is a very expensive and dangerous device to use against flies and I will by a much cheaper newspaper next time

very cheap and quick free delivery cant rate higher until i find out how long the bulbs last

So far, so good
I bought 3 of these - they were delivered in a thick A4 padded envelope; each in its own cardboard tube, with the whole thing labelled “breakable”. This obviously didn’t concern my postman, who pushed it through my letter box, letting the whole thing fall 1 metre onto a hard wooden floor. Luckily, there didn’t appear to be any damage - all 3 are working. I’ve already used one to replace a spent bulb in my flycatcher - it’s working well, and it is indistinguishable from the tube which is already in there, they look the same. UPDATE (November2017): I’ve now turned it off for the winter months, but it has been working fine ever since I fitted it, catching insects. Roll on next spring.
