Do you put the wax on last or first

The wax goes on first in order to make the colour stay but not too much, just barely. This is great by the way, I am still using it.

I bought this lit a few years ago and I loved it. Stayed put in most conditions including rain. The only time I had issues was during a heatwave it melted off, due to it being wax base to apply the powder too. But I would recommend this kit 👌

The wax is just to hold stray eyebrow strands in place put on after you have coloured your eyebrows gives a neat finish
