Bomb Cosmetics Chocolate Handmade Bath Melts Wrapped Ballotin Gift Pack [Contains 6-Pieces], 170g

After reading some of the reviews written here I felt almost put off, but seeing multiple people complain about the "size" of the bath bombs and someone actually gave the measurement, I used that to measure the bath bombs my fiancee has already and low and behold these Chocolate one's are bigger than the one's she has. So size wasn't a concern, we've had those massive bicarb bombs before, they have a nice smell at first but don't do anything in the bath i.e. poor quality smell in the bath, not enough oils etc to actually "do" anything for your skin. Anyway, this was a gift for my fiancee for her birthday. When it arrived it came just as seen, not torn or broken, oh and as far as flimsy cardboard goes its quite stiff, its glossy card! It was even bundled in the same package with a big thick body building book and other birthday gifts, nothing crushed it or damaged it and that was delivered by Royal Mail in the standard post. People complained that the box was tiny, the bombs are pathetically small, yet I found that if anyone knows "chocolate", they'll know and just from the picture, "fine chocolate" comes in these kind of boxes. I thought it was a perfect imitation of fine chocolate and as such this box size is actually a large for and just to clarify; "fine chocolate" aka the top quality chocolate and not commercial average grade stuff. As soon as my fiancee opened the box she was hit with an intense aroma of chocolate smells, and I have to say it too was immensely enjoyable to get a whiff. They seriously look and smell so good you actually have to prevent yourself from taking a bite! Also a nice touch from cake cases (imitation of) to using real chocolate to decorate by hand. She is thoroughly excited and happy with this gift. Everything and anything I can rate this, 5*, cannot fault it. Wish people would actually review the item and not the delivery problems they have, that's not the products fault, that's the delivery service & handling to blame.

These were bought for jy other half and she loves em. In her opinion they are better than the other very famous brand found plastered all over the high street. She tells me apart from the fact these cost a fraction of the price but they are packaged nicer and they smell nicer, have a better finish on them and lookso good that they make you want to eat them ( I don't recommend you try that though, or they may make you foam at the mouth). All in all a for nicer gift for someone or even a little treat for yourself. Will be buying Bomb Cosmetics products from now on. Buy them we guarantee that you wont be dissapointed.

Feels so good on the skin during and after the bath. Scents are so nice and lasts well after the bath. Essential oils in the bath bombs have made a difference to my skin and overall well-being. But can be greasy, reason for 4 Stars. Tub can get slippery too. They melt really well into the bath. Feel a lot more alert and body feels energetic. And the packaging is so lovely. A perfect gift, golden bow, ready to be given.

Absolutely love these bath bombs buy them regularly. Price has started to get expensive but despite this I still think they worth it. Yes they are small but they are absolutely heavenly.have tried other brands where they have larger sizes and stronger smells but they fizz up and make a bath too bubbly. These ones are smooth and silky and even in a jacuzzi bath can be enjoyed as a luxury product that moisturises your skin. Can't wait for them to be back in stock as have been unavailable for some time now.

After reading all of the negative comments on amazon about this product, I would not be suprised if this had put some people off buying these bath bombs. I wasn't put off and more importantly; I knew what to expect from this product. I knew that they would be smaller than your average bath bomb and I also knew that they'd be extremely pretty and smell good enough to eat. Maybe on the product description they should have put something about the size of each individual bath bomb so that customers do not feel deceived into thinking that they are bigger than they are. My bath bombs arrived in perfect condition (which is real praise coming from me because I am a perfectionist and cannot stand it when an item is delivered wih even the slightest of dents, stratches or folds), the box was perfect and also the bombs themselves were perfect. Overall, I am delighted with this item and can't wait to use them, I would recommend them to anyone wishing to indulge themselves and would definitely buy them again!

The packaging is very plain - the main photo used makes the box look a mint blue-green but in actuality, it's just a plain white box with a plain ribbon tied in a bow at the top. Was hoping for the spotted packaging as it looks pretty cute (the product was bought as a present for a teenage girl for her 16th) but there's no way to specify a preferred packaging. The size of the product also wasn't very clear. It's about half the size I expected it to be. The products do smell nice though and are cute. I really do adore the idea behind the product but I won't be purchasing it again. It's lucky that it's not the only present I'm giving this girl anyway or it would be quite a disappointing birthday present on it's own.

Please be aware that this is not a box of chocolates, or if it is then somebody in the taste-testing department needs to be fired. Instead, the idea is that you fling these into a bath and then bathe in chocolate-scented water, just like pretty much no rational person has ever wanted to do. However, this may well be just your thing (probably why you're looking at this product) and in that case, I have good news: this product really does make baths smell like chocolate. I can't vouch for the taste, though, as I'm not about to start drinking anybody's bathwater — at least not without a considerable amount of money ending up in my pocket. It also turns the water slightly brown. Do you want to bathe in brown water? That's for you to decide. You might be used to this anyway if you're particularly dirty before taking most baths, but at least this is a 'good' brown. Overall, if you like the thought of a slightly brown, chocolate-scented bath then this product is for you. It's also quite cleansing and all that other stuff that bath bombs are supposed to be, but to be honest that not why you buy something like this, is it?

Die Badepralinen waren ein Geschenk, und es ist richtig gut angekommen! Die Badepralinen sind richtig hübsch als Geschenk mit Schleife und einem kleinen Kärtchen zurechtgemacht. Das ganze sieht richtig edel aus und egal für welche Altersgruppe, sicher ein kleines Highlight! Wenn man das hübsche kleine "Geschenkpaket" öffnet, kommt direkt ein sehr angenehmer Duft entgegen! Die Pralinen selbst sehen richtig, richtig genial aus! Sie sind sehr schön und detailreich gefertigt! Eine schöner wie die andere, und dieser Duft....mmmmmh! Fazit: Wenn Sie etwas besonderes verschenken möchten, oder auch einfach mal sich selbst verwöhnen möchten 😉 sind Sie hier genau richtig! Ob zu Dekozwecken oder für das Badewasser, einfach toll!

I've order these bath melts twice and love them. They get here really quickly too - was surprised as they came from across the pond. They are beautiful, smell yummy and feel so good in the tub. I meant to give one box as a gift, but instead split them up as a gift topper and kept some for myself (hee hee). Can't wait to oder more. They are lovely and the price is great!!!
