Saffron is life changing
I started taking Saffron for my blood pressure. It worked. My blood pressure has been 132/69 for the last year. Other surprising benifits I wasn't expecting: Mood enhancement, ended my desire to binge eat, and weight loss. The weight loss from Saffron has been one of the most amazing things that's ever happened to me. I've suffered from emotional binge eating my entire life. About 12 hours after taking my first Saffron pill my need to binge eat went away and my hunger decreased immensely. Since starting to use Saffron I've lost 100 pound in almost 19 months. I'm only 26 pounds away from my dream weight thanks to this product. I'm almost always in a good mood since taking this product. It's entirely possible happiness is from no longer being morbidly obese. So perhaps the mood enhancement is a byproduct of the weight loss and not the pill. But either way I'm much happier now than I was before taking saffron.

Made me dizzy and nauseous
Took one pill on 2 separate occasions. They made me dizzy and nauseous. I purchased because it said 3rd party tested but the bottle had no seal. Product can not be returned. $30 lesson. Will not buy again. UPDATE: I have updated my review in light of the fact that the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund. I give the seller 5 stars for the customer service. The product just didn’t work for me so that part of the review stays the same. Now that doesn’t mean it won’t work for you, just not for me.

Works just as well as more expensive counterparts. Easy to swallow and no aftertaste.

88.5 mg per capsule
I took 1 dose per day (rather than the label recommended 2) for three days and felt foggy and irritable each day. I finally checked the dosage to the recommended per day mg. Each capsule is 3 times the daily recommended dose. Turns out an excess of this amount leads to unpleasant symptoms including brain fog and irritability.
