100 x better that the powder you mix at home
My favourite flavour! I'm currently doing the liver reduction diet prior to keyhole surgery. I was concerned initially as the tinned slim fast powder that you mixed at home, gave me terrible side effects. These ready mix bottles haven't given me any, which I'm relieved about. The price is also great, considering I'm drinking 5 a day..

Not as nice as other flavours
Lacked the main banana taste in my opinion and I’m not a smoker the strawberry flavour is by far the most delicious and tasty..great for weight loss and only having to potentially bother about on e cooked or main meal a day!
