So the phone works great but we hard a heck of a time activating it with metro. I tried doing it myself but it would not accept the phones imei or whatever. So my mom had to take it in the store & it’s probably their fault, but it was a huge hassle. She got kicked out the store & called a Karen, haha! After 2 trips to 2 different stores we finally got it activated & it works perfectly. I’m not an android user, my mom is, but she loves the phone so far. It was in great condition & well worth the price.

Phone was advertised as unlocked. It arrived locked and could not be activated by my phone company. I requested an refund from Amazon Since this came from a third party vendor, Amazon would not pay for return shipping as is usually the case. I used the Amazon supplied label and dropped it off at UPS, paid $15 return shipping and have not received credit or even acknowledgement two weeks later. Totally dissatisfied with the phone and the process.

I bought this phone to replace a broken one. I set it up but couldn't use the phone because it would not let me finish the programming. Unfortunately I had to return it .

Great value, looks like new. Works perfect.

Selfie camera is dirty underneath the glass and can't be cleaned. Many apps run very slow.
