Good fish oil but to get the recommended dose you need to take 4 soft gels a day! Maybe I missed the doses but this feels excessive so wouldn’t buy again.

Wanted to give a heads up to those that don't realise that it's recommended to take 4 of these a day, not just 1. So this 90 capsule pack lasts only 3 weeks. I only realised after a week of taking them. Apart from that no complaints, packaging is great and they're big pills but I personally don't have any issues with that, ymmv.

Non ho notato effetti particolari finora, ma credo comunque che un’integrazione costante possa essere utile nel tempo. La confezione ricevuta è leggermente diversa da quella mostrata in foto, ma il contenuto è lo stesso e la qualità sembra buona. Nel complesso, un prodotto valido e ben tollerato.
