Deva Concepts DevaCurl No-Poo Zero Lather Conditioning Cleanser 355 ml

At 20 I have been battling my curls for many years, my bedroom is full of half full bottles of various lotions and potions all promising to give me those glossy frizz free locks I've been dreaming of all my life. Yet nothing has ever particularly worked for me, until now! My hair has never felt so soft and healthy, and along with a few other tips and tricks I can style my curls and actually LIKE my hair! I use this product alongside Moroccan oil, it seems to be the magic combination for me :)

Extremely good product. Better than all other similar products I have tried. First few uses can be a bit experimental until you get the quantity and method right for you - takes a bit of getting used to. Good lasting results - a much better, healthier hair condition. This should probably be a 5-star review - but I suppose I'm just not a 5-satr type of person. In a couple of months' time - I would probably have given it 5 stars. So glad I found this products - which was recommended to me.

Makes my hair so sticky and horrible. I used Deva Curl No-Poo, One Conditioner and the Ultra Defining Gel together and I don't even like touching my hair once it's dry. I spent a lot of money on these products hoping for miracles, and I did keep using them for about 6-8 weeks (I know they said give it time), but honestly I'd take a bit of frizz and soft-feeling hair using "normal" products over the horrible straw-like sticky mess these products made my hair. So disappointed :(

I purchased these products while in the USA recently. My babyliss big hair wouldn't work (voltage problem) & I had to let my hair go curly, which it hasn't been in about 10 years. The problem was after 10 years of straightening there was no curl - just wave with plenty of frizz. Not a good look for those holiday snap! So took myself into the nearest Haircare store (ulta) & they recommend this product. I purchased just the starter kit. I couldn't believe it - i had curls not fab but good enough - but after frequent use of using this product, I watched the how onto on mydevacurl, don't use a terrycloth towel but an old T-shirt to dry towel your hair - I had amazing curls. My husband was thrilled & my children never having seen "proper curls" in my hair except in old photo's loved it. I am now a true convert - it takes my 5 mins every morning & not 20. More & more curls coming back on a daily basis! I was a frequent user of Kerastase & Redken so the price point is the same. I have non-colored, wavy & curly hair in my 40's.

if u check on YouTube there is a lawsuit out on deva curl or gunna be coz faithful users of deva curl have people's hair falling out over years of use grey hairs growing dry hair bald patches. I myself have been using it for few months now shampoo then no poo I have noticed my hair has way more grey hairs coming through as soon as I started using it...ive noticed almost a bald patch in front nd back of hair...thinning hair wen my hair is usually naturally volumised and I've had itchy scalp ....i still don't know the root cause but now 100 thousand s of people have come forward mentioning wen they stop using DC THEIR hair has felt so much better and is recovering. I'm afraid to use it now. look up on YouTube. the devacurl scandal. many YouTube bloggers are telling everyone to stop.using it. I'm gunna stop until the deva curl scandal has been resolved.

Not for every hair I guess. My hair felt volumeless, it just looked almost the same as when I would not use the normal shampoo for 2 days straight. I've been using this one for 2 months! Disappointed!

if you have curly hair that shrinks by miles when it's dry, frizzes up, looks lank rather than bouncy - buy this range. I can't believe how great my hair looks after only one week of use. I will never use chemicals on my hair again.

Great product for curly frizzy hair no need to use shampoo as the conditioner has a mild lathering agent that cleans your hair and conditions hair, one of the best products for curly hair I have bought in a long time. Great that someone has catered for this type of hair in a world where everyone seems to have straight hair and products only seem to cater for straight haired people. Hooray!!!

Limpia el pelo sin resecarlo y me deja el pelo bonito, pero al menos yo tengo que usar mucha cantidad y me ha durado poco más de un mes. Me parece demasiado caro para un producto que me ha durado tan poco, pero si fuese más barato volvería a comprarlo.Le quito una estrella por el precio y porque he notado que con el tiempo deja algo de residuo, no sé si es normal o si es que no estoy acostumbrada a esta textura de champú y me cuesta aclararlo bien.

While this was shipped quickly & the product itself works well for softer, moisturized hair... I can't get past the smell. The fragrance is so strong that it's off putting. It's not something I would recommend for migraine sufferers.

not as good as expected

EDIT: After looking into this online, it turns out that a lot of people are having issues with DevaCurl now, and that they don't seem to be addressing them beyond "it's safe to use". Tons of people are losing hair and getting damaged scalps.I've used this 5 times since I got it two weeks ago, and my scalp is just feeling worse and worse. I was excited at first because my hair looked, felt, and smelled great - but after two weeks of use, my scalp is irritated and has had a huge breakout of acne. I've never had acne on my scalp before, and I know it has to be from this No-poo, because it's the only part of my routine/life that's changed in months. I also seem to be shedding a lot more hair than normal, probably because my scalp is in such rough shape now. I was using a different brand of "low-poo" for about 6 months before I got the DevaCurl, and never had issues like this. I'm really disappointed.
