As I do a lot of driving, I thought I would treat myself to this. A lot of my work is in London, and the driving can take its toll. This little gizmo is making things much easier, especially making tight manoeuvres. Where exactly to place this is important, and really up to you. We all have our own way of driving and hand placement on steering wheel. I have mine at about 4o/c or twenty past if you prefer. It is inside, rather than outside the wheel, so it doesn't get in the way at all. It feels good and works very well. It's well made and very comfortable in use. Also very easy to fit. Two rubber spacers, which are different thicknesses ( I used the thicker one), ensure it grips the wheel tightly. All in all, a very good buy.

Great quality, easy to fit and easy to use

I bought this to fit to a Logitech G27 PC Gaming steering wheel for use in Farming Simulator 2017, Spintires, Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. Last night it got a full on workout in Farming Sim and absolutely lived up to my expectations, constantly winding the wheel left and right is so much easier when it can be done easily one handed, allowing me to use my other hand for various farming equipment functions. It just fits by clamping around the wheel, it has a simple screw to keep it tightly fit. It can mount inward facing or outward, your preference, and it comes with a couple of rubber inserts so you can make it fit your wheel size. Highly recommended!

Great spinner/knob, very nice to use and feels very sturdy, spinning action is so silky smooth, no problems fitting, have to fiddle a bit with rubber inserts to get them exact but not an issue really, the one and only bad point is that the thin silicone coating started to peel off after just two days use, got so bad that after five days I had to peel it off completely as it was affecting my driving, once done it still look ok just not as grippy as before, be aware, this will happen to them all as it's a manufacturing process issue hence the four stars.

It's a good item but it doesn't hold the wheel very well. One piece of padding seems to be too little as the know becomes loose and starts moving around the wheel, and I can no longer tighten it any further using the screw; but two pieces of padding is far too much and I can't even fasten the thing. So now I'm using it but having to reposition it all the time while driving, which I think is bordering on .. not dangerous, but unsafe.

I drive a largish 4x4 and this makes manoeuvring the vehicle *so* much easier for 3 point turns and getting into/out of tight parking spaces. It also stops my hands feeling any soreness from the type of one handed steering I used to perform. The rubberized cover on the back half of the handle has started peeling off due to a decent amount of usage it but I absolutely love how much easier driving now is. I should warn having a handle like this on your vehicle will cause an MOT failure but they will just remove it and you stick it back on. Installation was next to impossible with a manual screwdriver as the fit needs to be very tight to stop it slipping but I have a battery powered drill which makes installing this child's play. I doubt I'll go back to driving without one.
