Very nice kettle, looks smart and funky in the orange colour. Lightweight which is no bad thing but not essential for me as it's for the boat but good for camping folk. The 2 litre size is smaller than my previous 2.5 litre kettle which I prefer but possibly a little small for larger groups of 4 or more but perfect for 1 or 2 people plus washing up water or spare to top up the tea/coffee pot. Highly recommend for the kettle itself, price and speedy delivery

Bought for my mum to use on her allotment, Seems decent enough, she's used it for a year with no issues. It's light and quite sturdy, pours well without spilling and seems to have been good value

This is a wonderful little kettle at the price I paid £10.99 from Bencross Group via Amazon on 17th Nov 2025. However, I am disappointed that the whistle, such that it is, can only be heard if I remain within the kitchen. If I venture outdoors or even into another room it is not loud enough to alert me. Perhaps they vary and my example is a quiet one. I feel I may end up buying a different kettle.

Great little kettle for the price. I use it on top of my wood burning stove in winter to save money on boiling the electric kettle and it works perfect for it. No weird smells, it hasn't warped or anything. It does the job fine.

We just found out that a kettle on a gas hob costs around a quarter of an electric kettle. What arrived here, for under a tenner, can best be described as a delightful little addition to our kitchen. It looks positively charming, almost old fashioned. The whistle gets supper shrill, so we’ll probably even hear it down the garden.
