MDF Instruments, Calibra Aneroid Premium Professional Sphygmomanometer, Blood Pressure Monitor with Adult Cuff & Carrying Case, White Dial, Black Cuff, MDF808M11

I have a personal dislike of the electronic BP monitors as they always seem to give readings which fluctuate wildly between two readings taken 2 minutes apart! On receiving this kit, I was pleased to find a nice black zippered fabric case, some basic instructions and the BP monitor itself. You will need a stethoscope to use this (which is not included.) Put the cuff round the arm and you're ready to go. Gives very accurate consecutive readings and I'm really happy to recommend this to anyone fed up with having their blood supply cut off by one of the electronic monitors which seem to take an absolute AGE to go down and leave you with a dead arm. I was trained to use a sphygmomanometer years ago, but the premise is really simple and explained in the little booklet. I'm certainly happy to use this to keep an eye on my husband's BP without worrying if the readings are accurate or not. I've only tried this monitor on other people, but I suppose you could take it yourself if you pump with the cuffed arm. Great item for a great price.

This has helped me grasp the techniques to manual blood pressure. As a nursing student it has aided my learning. I would recommend any medical student to buy one as it’s relatively cheap and easy to use. Make sure you buy a stethoscope as well.

Best customer service. I bought this about one year ago and it was really useful and accurate . I use it daily at my work as GP. Last few days, something wrong with my bulb and valve . I cannot check the blood pressures due to that . I contacted mdf customer team through amazon and they replied instantly with link to apply for replacement. Within 5 days , I got the new one as replacement.I am really satisfied with the mdf customer service and the quality of this instrument is really good value. I totally recommend this. 👍👍👍

Looks like a professional piece of equipment. It works well. One needs a stethoscope to make use of it, which is a significant extra cost - that is the only reason it got four instead of five stars.

Very high quality - I can personally get a much more accurate systolic using this over cheaper models. The dial is a little on the heavier end of the spectrum but very sturdy and hopefully will last a long time.

My wife is a consultant.........she highly recommends this piece of kit. Solid feel and quality and purely by coincidence her initials are also MDF (although i'm sure this had nothing to do with her decision!)

As I travel with work equipment needs to be easily accessible but also easily packed, this sphygmomanometer ticks all the boxes. The bulb and gauge are both made to a heavy duty standard . I would recommend this to be great value for a reliable piece of equipment

This item arrived with the needle set on 2mmHg therefore calibrated incorrectly making it not fit for purpose. Very disappointed as I had to borrow someone else’s sphygmomanometer at work which was quite embarrassing. This company talk a good game but clearly can’t get the basics right. I will be returning this and purchasing a Welch Allyn Sphygmomanometer

è un apparecchio medicale vero, funziona con stetoscopio (non incluso), ma è precisissimo e indispensabile in caso di fibrillazione atriale; con i battiti irregolari infatti gli apparecchi automatici spesso fanno letture errate. davvero ottimo, ritengo sia anche robusto e non avrete mai problemi con le pile...

メモリはとても読みやすく、血圧計としては十分に機能します。 成人女性5人ほど利用しましたが、全員カフが縦にも横にも長いと感じました。利用する際に問題はありませんが、利用する人の腕に合わせた長さで買った方が使いやすいと思います。
