Review: I installed one valve on my gas line in the kitchen for being able to shut off the cooktop remotely. The second valve I installed on my water main in the basement right after the meter. It's been two weeks since and it works well no issues so far. Just a side note: the instruction is so small to read even with the glasses so just make sure that after you installed the valve and try to add it to your Smart Life app, you push and hold the red light button on the devise for 5-6 seconds and only after that the app will identify your new device.

The valves work just fine. Second time purchasing. However, this is the second time it came with a faulty adapter (wall plug). One works and one doesn’t. They refused to send a new one the last time insisting I send the whole package back and they’d send a new package. I only need a new adapter.

Love this product. Works well! We have it as a back up incase we are away and need to turn the water/gas off and we are happy with them.

Installed two in June 2025, one completely stopped working last week, it lasts only 6-month, it suddenly lost power connection (blue power light in power adapter is still on), indicator light in the valve is off, no way to restore power connection!
