Best swamp cooler on Amazon
Work as great. Comes with some dents etc due to the size. I had a small issue and the company took care of it immediately. Very good customer service

Buy last year and this year trying to start and pump not working

customer apparently non existent
unit worked well for 15 months when motor bearings wore out causing loud screeching noise. wanted to replace motor but cannot find anything compatible. tried contacting, manufacturer but get " unable to complete call as dialed. tried emailing to the email address on owner manual but "send" does not go anywhere. 600$ for 2 seasons is kind of expensive and apparently no customer support.

Pump went bad after 3 months
Worked great for the first couple months. The water pump has gone bad and it doesn't qualify for support through amazon anymore.
