I bought two packs so that we could carry out some money related activities in Rainbows and Brownies. We used it for the first time this week. Quality was fine, although the colours were slightly dark. However, size, shape, and coin markings were excellent. The girls loved identifying the different coins. They tried various activities. It's more important than ever to teach children about money, because so many don't see it, as parents use debit cards to pay for most things. We didn't use the notes, which are considerably smaller than real money notes. However, that's not an issue for us - we wanted the girls to learn about coins. The pack isn't the cheapest, but I didn't want inaccurate plastic coinage. I wanted it to be as realistic as possible so that the girls learned properly. This pack achieves that aim. It is well worth the price, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to use it with children. As the coins are plastic, they will last for several years. This means that for our units, the packs are good value for money.

Good colour ans quality ans size

I bought as a toy for my parrot as he started trying to grab the odd few pennies we had lying around on our counter tops. They're a good size for him (to grab) and he gives them a little chew. Good quality and durable since they're still standing from a parrot trying to chew them. A fun bag of coins that he enjoys the noise of and picking them up to give to us.

I was quite pleased with this pack of play money, as the coins were well marked and similar in size to the real thing and a good number of each one. The paper money is much smaller than the real thing, but it is made for little hands. I've seen other people complain about this and the fact that it has specimen written on it, but I think that has to be as they are life like on the printed side. To be clear, they are only printed on one side which is a little disappointing. However it is toy money! One nice thing about the coins is that when shaken in the hand, they sound like real coins! Overall I am very pleased with these to help my grandchildren with their counting. If they are for older folk I agree they are not "real" enough looking.

Great item to teach kids about coins recognition. Also helps with place value. The notes are printed on standard lightweight paper. Would’ve been good if they were laminated card as they’ve obviously used this item to be used with children so need it to be more durable! Although the set is great learning fun, I feel it is certainly way too expensive for what it is.

Habe es für die Schule gekauft. Sieht schön aus. Ist natürlich nur Plastik und nicht so hochwertig, aber für meine Zwecke völlig ausreichend. Würde ich wieder bestellen.

Article correspondant à la description. Acheter pour l'utiliser à l'école. Permet d'étudier la monnaie GB en classe et de faire des manipulations. Par contre les billets sont très fragiles après 5classes ils commencent à être fissurés, je vais les plastifier pour les protéger.
