Westcott Letter Opener with Stainless Steel Handle

After much debating in reading lots of different reviews, I purchased this item. I was not disappointed as this is very effective in opening all sizes of letters, appears to be made from the good quality. You may need to keep this away from anyone particularly young I was there is a sharpish edge on one side and that it does and to appoint. Overall a good purchase and very reasonably priced.

One to add to my 'little gem' reviews, and it's worth every penny of it's surprisingly low price ! I wanted a simple letter opener, but, not a gimmick or 'doo-dad' that does anything else. And this 'Westcott stainless steel' stamped letter opener fits the bill completely ! It's just a little over nine inches in length, is robust for what it's made for - opening letters - and isn't flimsy ! What else could one want from a letter opener ? Does what it says on the tin, and it's a 'little gem' ! Brilliant delivery from Amazon as usual, thanks Amazon ! 5 Stars ! Very pleased ! 5 Stars.

I have severe Arthritis so opening post etc was a total nightmare. Now I have the letter opener it is like a hot knife through butter and has made my life easier. A decent size letter opener with a handle that is long enough to call a handle. Well done to the designer. I do recommend this letter opener especially as it can open parcels as well.

Yet the letter opener did not feel sharp against one's fingers. It will effortlessly open letters. Stainless steel; nothing to dislike. Good price.

I returned my opener purely because the handle had no sort of grip. I don’t have a good grip so I needed something more to my requirements. Don’t get me wrong, it was a lovely item and it was finished to a high standard… just not right for me.

Je l'ai acheté pour mon usage personnel, il est exposé sur mon bureau. Je suis très contente de mon achat dont le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Il est vrai que la pointe de la lame est un peu épaisse pour décacheter une enveloppe mais rien de bien grave, peut-être qu'un petit affutage réglera ce petit souci. Point de vue esthétique il est très beau, chic, élégant ! Je le recommande.
