I purchased these to replace an existing broken one. The quality of these are better than the ones I am replacing. The actual brass termination contacts are very tight and secure, and the two fixing bolts have nuts on the top to allow you to piggy back other connections. Overall happy with the purchase.

These are fantastic and worth obtaining, I use them on my caravan for the leisure battery, great idea.

Like other reviewers, I was bordering on returning this item as although the connector to the negative terminal on my leisure battery fitted ok, the bigger diameter positive terminal prevented the connector from going on. As a last ditched attempt, I pressed whole body weight on the terminal post and 'click', it was on. And once these connectors are on, there's no way they will shake off! Releasing them is far easier, and I found that once they had been on the battery once, they were far easier to connect and disconnect. I think the item description should mention the brute force required to get these to fit (it almost feels like your going to break the battery posts off!!)

Very well made item, and does the job well.The metal parts are plated to prevent corrosion and the covers are good quality plastic.If used correctly they are certainly fit for the job. One reviewer mentioned paint getting on your hands, there is no paint anywhere on these connectors, and in normal use will be practically unbreakable.

Do the job but are a bit flimsy

at this price point I was expecting something not a practical and well made as these. The Plan was to use them to connect my solar charger to it's battery but upon receipt I decided to use them to connect my classic mini to it's battery. Will have to get some more.

I buy a lot from Amazon but don't leave many reviews. This product desrves a review to warn potential buyers. 1--- Product did not fit my battery poles although I ordered for the right size of pole; 2--- Poorly made, overtight and inflexible, and difficult to lock; and 3---Over priced "China made" product (I have a lot to do with China and many beers with Chinese manufacturers who also dislike junk producers that damage Chinese reputation). This experience wasted my time and set my project back many days. I wish Amazon would stop allowing suupliers with obvioulsy bad goods to do this to valuable buyers. Returned for a refund. Ordered the EnRise 12/24v battery pole connector product. It fits perfectly and is easier to use. Incidentally, for those using larger-than-car-batteries for leisure vehicle use, order terminal connectors with large holes, typcally 17.5mm and 19.5mm. When they arrive, measure with a ruler, preferably calipers, to ensure they meet advertised specification. Struggling with wrong size connectors can lead to inconvenience when your batteries don't charge, high cost when your batteries suffer excess sulphation and die, and danger (including battery explosion) if (+) terminals slip off and connect/short with earth. Hope this helps someone.

They fit 4 guage battery cable and clamped tightly on both the positive and negative top posts of my marine battery. They replaced 1 year old regular lead clamps that were cracking and still not tight. Time will tell, but so far they seem pretty good and were easy to install and just as easy to open to remove the battery when winterizing.

Veramente comodi e ben fatti. Attenzione che la prima volta sono durissimi nell'apertura, ma dopo la prima apertura poi funzionano perfettamente e vanno benissimo. La conducibilità è ottima, magari dovrebbero solo migliorare il sistema di ancoraggio del cavo elettrico, perchè se troppo piccolo può sfuggire alla presa e bisogna avere accortezza per fermarlo saldamente. Se il cavo è di sezione generosa va benissimo.

I bought these for use on my 99 ram 2500 diesel which uses 2 batteries, the cable connections are a tad bit small as they are clearly designed for a smaller vehicle, however i was able to make them fit and they work very well, however in my particular application on the driver side positive battery terminal this cannot be used because that is where the power from the other battery is joined together which combined exceeds the amperage rating of this product. but on the other 3 terminals they have worked very well. I use 2 AGM yellow top Optima batteries each @750 cca. i have already put 4000 miles on the truck since install with no problems. they clamp down on the terminal posts tightly and secure, and even with bumpy terrain and New England pot hole ridden streets they have yet to "pop up/ pop open" I love them.

...wenn man eine oder mehrere Batterien hat, die öfter abgeklemmt werden müssen. Beispiel : meine beiden befinden sich in unserem Boot für den Elektromotor ( auch hier gekauft und rezensiert ). Wenn dieser an den Batterien angeklemmt ist, leuchten permanent die Dioden des Motors. Das muss nicht sein. Verbraucht vielleicht nicht viel, aber es widerstrebt mir die Vorstellung, dass bei längerer Nichtnutzung die ganze Zeit kleine Lichter vor sich hin leuchten. Energie, auch in kleinen Mengen,muss nicht verschwendet werden. Und dank dieser Schnellverschlüsse ist es nicht jedesmal ein kompliziertes An und Abschrauben, sondern ein simpler Handgriff und die Stromversorgung ist schnell unterbrochen und wieder hergestellt. Perfekte Lösung, wer halt öfter ran muss.
