I believe so, we just this week got a v6 box and the engineer said we could use that or our new one provided, it certainly seems to work with our box, so that's good.

Press clear and tv buttons green light will flash theee times. Enter code 0999. Keep pressing channel up button till tv turns off. Then press ok. Job is then done
