By accident I put the spoon wih the hole in the bin and I wonder if It is possible to purchase only one spoon?

In answer to your first part is all food if it comes from a jar or pouch that’s an orange colour, as I’m now on my second set as the baby food stained it. Adult food doesn’t stain as much of at all.

Changing colour from blue to green - the stage one spoon has changed colour is less than a month, why is that? It’s always handwashed w/o dishwasher?

Yes definitely - as long as Amazon don't whack it in a stupidly sized box with tonnes of packing paper. Ours did - they packed them in to a DVD style cardboard box. The actual packaging is tiny.
