A good whip?
It is very flexible. I haven't used it much yet so the proof will be in the pudding. The ends are good and it is field repairable. When I was a mechanic at the Dodge dealership in the 80's we all used what we called a whip on our air tools. Back then, they were a smaller diameter and very flexible. No fighting it or the main hose. In looking for one today, it seems they are just a short section of regular hose. Flexzilla seems the best I can find. It is very flexible and has a swivel on the business end. I look forward to using it more. I feel like it will be fine but if I have any problems I'll try to repost.

So flexable
I did not purchase this for an airhose. Already have 50' flexzilla air on airzilla reel. Got this short hose to do the iK keg sprayer hose replacement hack. This modification allows you to get rid of the short oem non flexable hose, & install 1/4" Flexzilla air hose. Liked my sprayer pre-mod, now it's excellent.

The hoses work great. Warmer weather would help removed the curl

Excellent Air Line
The Flexilla Pro air line is light weight, durable, extremely flexible and easy to use. It only misses perfect by a narrow amount as the end fittings are rigid so connecting it to the compressor is not as easy as it could be. In truth though, it was very easy to do anyway so no star deductions!

Well worth it.
Light, flexible, tough, but coils up on itself a lot when you put air to it, even if it’s laid out straight. Still the best hose I’ve ever used though.

Works for upgrading IK sprayers.
I used this hose to create a couple hoses for my IK Pro 12 sprayers. They work great.

Flexible
This hose is lots more flexible than the old 3/8" hose it replaces. It works well with my air operated impact wrench in spite of the odds. Allows me to remove the lug nuts on our vehicles when rotating tires. Perfect for servicing bicycle and automotive tires as well. It's a nice upgrade for little money. So many people have issues with their impact wrenches because of poor air flow. This hose performs just as well as the 3/8" hose it replaces. If your impact wrench doesn't work with this hose then there's a problem somewhere else. I LOVE this hose.
