Are they bendy palette knives or are they solid?

I would say they are semi solid if that makes any sense, not too bendy, sturdy enough for the job. You won't be lifting cakes with them but individual desserts no problem.

What’s the country of manufacture (I don’t buy Chinese products)?

I believe the product is German made. I have had this palette knife set for a few months now and find them to be useful and of high quality. I also try to avoid buying products made in China but it's not easy to find 'Country of Origin' information on Amazon. However I can recommend this product.

Great quality and selection

Before purchasing we used to use a bread knife but this is so much easier and the metal is bendable to make it easier to spread icing. The selection of sizes is nice as well to suit different cake sizes.

Oil Mister for Air Fryer

I just got it yesterday, haven’t used it while cooking yet; just cleaned it. I do like the fine mist it creates. I bought it to use with my new air fryer which is also brand new to me. I look forward to the 2 items working well together. The glass bottle is appropriately sheer and it is easy to clean.
