Very pleased with performance of these tablets. Containing 4 key of electrolyte solutions this ensure that body metabolize correctly to enhance much needed hydration. As things heat up, it is to look towards this kind of product for additional health benefit. These tabs are lemon flavoured which adds to enjoyment. Easily they dissolve in water after just some minutes. Now these have also B1 B2 B6 of vitamin subcategory, this is aiding at reducing fatigue state. Really these are very simple in their application and it have to be said great work to all involved. SIS continue to show how it is know how of specific scenario that gain specific objective in certain area of interest. All tubes full, with correct numbers inside. Thank you very much.

I have bought the SIS electrolyte tablets many times. I particularly like the Lemon flavour. They are refreshing and tasty but not sweet. The price charged on Amazon is very good and competitive. They arrived quickly, safely and as promised. Thank you!

Better value for 8 packs, but disappointed that 11 month best before date, so consider usage based on this. I like the lemon flavour disguising plastic water taste as well as the electrolyte benefit. Also not over sweet taste :)

I use this before, during and after workouts and during a non workout day to keep hydrated it definitely works and a nice flavour too 😄

I work in a very hot tearoom and in this hot weather water just wasn't cutting it, i kept going home with a headache despite drinking plenty. I pop one of these in my large water bottle and it really helps with hydration The pill size is large but I just snap it in a few pieces and it just dissolves . It has no digestive effect at all. Great product Will continue to use in this hot weather !

Well priced and not full of nasties. From a reputable brand. I use this almost every day - just to top up electrolytes or as a drink when I’m outside on a bike ride. The berry flavour is good too but this lemon version is a bit zingier which we prefer. Dissolves completely and instantly refreshes us, even when we didn’t know we needed hydrating!

Disappointed it didn't have much of lemon flavour, probably won't buy lemon flavour again. Berry is nice though. Overall I like that its portable and I can drink when I'm on the go which makes it easy to use. I feel hydrated and energised also. Just that taste wasn't too good, and it was more expensive than the other flavours.

Always good and nice flavour. Speedy delivery. May help with cramps

Elcelent value

These Electrolytes are good. You only need half as many and seem to work well. The flavour is good without being over-powering.
