It does work well but it isn’t always safe.
I got this to try and home treat suspected pmdd/ extreme pms. I have been feeling much better after a couple of months of taking it, but I can’t be sure the ginkgo is the only reason as I am taking a few other supplements and vitamins. My brain however is quicker, my memory recall is better and I am more motivated then I have been for years. It seems to work best if you break the pill into two doses and have with separate meals. I did try taking two pills a day but it made me feel very odd and i don’t recommend more then one a day. It takes time to see results, but they fo happen. It can be dangerous if taken with ibuprofen, so I have had to replace ibuprofen with paracetamol in my cupboard.

I wish they had a longer shelf life
These will be out of date by a month by the time I’ve finished them which is quite annoying- I hope they will still be viable. The tablets are small and easy to swallow.
