I bought this to address malabsorbtion due to ibs. It has all the required nutrients. I didn't expect it to actually relive my symptoms. I think due to the fibre content. It addresses the issue with peristalsis. Encouraging the gut movements to slow down. I would recommend

These are great! The pills are not too big and they capsule is veggie friendly.

As with any supplements I take there is always the hope for feeling sudden boost in energy levels, general well being etc, but it's always kinda hit and miss. I didn't feel any of the above, just hoping that as it is a reputable brand is a good quality product.

Does as it says on the tin. Helps maintain weight. Feel cleansed and alert with bags more energy. Works for me. Solgar products are renowned for its quality

Assumed the product would come with nutritional content on label, but it doesn't. Chlorella nutrient levels can vary depending on source. Things like iron, zinc, fiber, calories etc. Also can't find it anywhere online (including Solgar website). Pretty poor for a well known and established company like Solgar.

I put my money where my conscience is, and this company is kinder to the planet. If they care about the planet, they care about me.
