I was cleaning the shower underneath where the old hose attaches and somehow managed to snap it — not my finest moment! Thankfully Amazon came to the rescue with next-day delivery, so I ordered the H&S Stainless Steel Long Shower Hose. I’m really glad I did. The hose arrived well-packaged, feels sturdy, and was incredibly easy to fit. It screwed straight onto my shower without any hassle, and it even comes with spare washers, which is a nice touch if your old ones are worn or you just want a tighter seal. Within minutes, my shower was back up and running again. Good build quality, no leaks, and a smooth water flow. For the price, it’s excellent value and a perfect quick fix if your old hose suddenly gives up on you like mine did. Highly recommended!

One morning recently our existing shower hose recently decided that conveying water from the shower to the head was dull and instead decided to try and become a long balloon! While it succeeded in that and was probably very proud of its creative flair, I was less than impressed at the resulting trickle of a shower! So, time for a new hose, and quick sharp too! Step forward Amazon and their deliver by 10pm tonight option. This was on that list and having bought H&S stuff before I knew it should be fine. It was delivered within 10 hours of ordering and fitting is simple enough. Remove shower head - it should just unscrew without too much trouble - and drain water in the hose. Then just loosen the nut on the output of the shower end (adjustable spanner or plumbers pliers are perfect) and unscrew. Ensure the old washer is removed (it is a metal crush washer so throw it away) and refit with the new metal washer. Tighten up, but no need to get too tight. Finally refit shower head and use the black rubber washer here to form the seal. Test shower and tighten joints slightly if there are any leaks. Now normal power is resumed and I have a hose that is happy with its lot of being a hose! :) The hose itself is perfectly good quality. It is flexible, does not appear to want to kink and is long enough to make the rinse down of the area after cleaning, very easy. Oh and the shower hose should just fit and virtually all showers use the same size diameter for them. Thanks for reading and I hope you found the review useful. :)

Great, does the job.. easy to install less than 5 minutes..

The quality is fine, looks nice, doesn't leak, and doesn't get tangled, but the water pressure isn't the best compared to the older hose I was replacing. I bought two as I moved into a new house but will keep one for the spare shower, and looking to replace this hose with a better one that has more power. I never thought that the hose could make such a difference, but it does.

This is a good shower hose. All fitting works great and the hose is very flexible as it should be and looks sturdy. Hope it lasts long.
