LEGO The Hobbit (PS4)

What a great game. My son loves this. So much to do and great graphics. Fantastic value.

I have to say this what a grey lego game. I am 30 and never get sick of the games. I think they are very adventurous and are just like a normal games, but Lego The Hobbit Is a fantastic game. The downfall this game has to be the game is very hard and there is no way this is rated towards kids at seven. Should be rated 12 for general violence as there Is a lot of fighting as well as difficulty of the game. And the other thing the game suffers from a lot of freezing. For example - I was fighting a troll and he froze all of a sudden and the rest of the characters still play on and another time the game froze altogether which has done six to eight times all ready. But really after all this game is fantastic. If you have problems with any games freezing, lagging it could be something to do with actually software that comes from the actually game disk. These solutions could help to avoid them happen - I have experienced other games freezing and lagging my suggestion is delete a lot of your saved games and software by doing a system restore every 1-2 months if you play a lot of games as they could conflict with other games and make sure you turn the internet connection off as they could cause your new games to have problems.

Excellent game and reasonably priced

We have almost a full collection of lego games and they're all entertaining, easy to play and figure out for kids. This one in particular has a great humor that has myself and my son laughing. Really enjoying them all.

A decent LEGO game that captures the charm of the first 2 films in Peter Jacksons Trilogy with wonderful narration by Christopher Lee. But levels feel overly drawn out and without the 3rd film the game feels incomplete.

Looks stunning. No crashes so far but a couple of areas with clipping problems. Slightly more (v easy) puzzle based rather than pixel perfect hoppy skippy jump jump thank goodness. I was initially disappointed -partly because as with the Lego Lord of the rings it is based on the films not the books & there seemed to be an odd combat system but once I started to be able to distinguish one dwarf from another and adjusted to the combat (which I came to realize takes the proverbial out of some famously disappointing games in recent years) It's funny - more enjoyable than the films which are a bit full of themselves. Good voice acting. Strangely addictive - surely I must get bored with running around wrecking things soon? Best Legogame since the 1st Batman.
