I mean, wow. The reviews weren’t wrong. This is probably the best comb you can buy. I was umming and arring about getting cheaper versions but I am very very glad I didn’t. I bought this as it seemed from the reviews that it is the best. It is. I’ve had a beard for over sixteen years. Sometimes long, sometimes short. And recently I shaved it all off. After a few weeks I decided I’d start growing the beard back and now after a couple of weeks or so am at the stage where I’m resisting trimming the longer, sticking out, ‘flyaway’ hairs. So I was feeling a bit scruffy. I have brushes and a cheap comb, but was hoping that this comb would be better. I didn’t expect much difference, but this comb is an absolute game changer. Brilliant, my ‘halfway house’ beard immediately has way less flyaway hairs sticking out and feels great. Now it’s given me the confidence to actually go out tonight without feeling like a tramp. And I can take it in my trouser pocket too which is a massive bonus. I’m confident that I’ll keep using this comb all the time now even when my beard gets longer again. Wish I’d bought one sixteen years ago! Excellent all round. Makes you feel good, like you are looking after yourself properly and you couldn’t be doing that any better. Really good. Really pleased.

Good folding comb. From an aesthetic perspective it's a shame some of the gold engraving has rubbed off already. It's not that important, but I guess it could be from the comb makers advertising point of view as it's the word KENT, that has half rubbed off. Good comb though.

This is essentially the same comb as the one marketed by Captain Fawcett. The difference is the gold printed logo, which has lasted longer on this version. I wonder who actually manufactures this comb. I hope it lasts longer than the Captain Fawcett version, which to be fair, did survive over 6 years of daily use. The comb works well at grooming my beard after the application of beard oil or balm. I recommend the purchase of the leather sleeve for this comb. Not sure whether you can buy the sleeve from Kent. You can from Captain Fawcett. All in all a decent product, with a much nicer feel than the usual moulded polythene combs sold in chemists and supermarkets, albeit at a much higher price.

The comb of Kings!! My son absolutely loves the flick action of this .... we are on our third one as he keeps losing them ... they are also by appointment to the King!

Sturdy, okay. But, not as expected. The material is not as good quality as I would expect for the price. Its too much for the price, its a plastic comb. Its okay but not worth the money.

Really like this comb. I have fine hair and this comb gives it a nice look/texture. I also think the folding idea is good. When open I can easily reach the back of my head using the handle. Very comfortable to use as well - doesn't scratch the scalp. It's also pleasing aesthetically. A nice addition to my kit. Yes, there's cheaper combs around, but this is a very decent buy.

I'm no comb expert but these Kent handmade combs are so good I bought a few. One has lasted more than 5 years and still sharp, works great! Worth the added cost.

Pettine eccezionale, robusto, gentile sulla pelle grazie alle punte perfettamente levigate. Un po' piu' grande rispetto ad altri modelli da tasca della Kent, il che lo rende a parer mio piu' maneggevole pur rimandendo abbastanza piccolo da poter essere tranquillamente messo in tasca.
