no, you should use the correct grease for calipers

How is the grease applied? I want to use it on my caravan corner steadies

Apply with finger or rag. Grease could be put into a grease gun but that's not its intended use.

Can it be used on hedge trimmer blades ?

I use it when I strip it down and sharpen the cutting blades. I put it in the mechanism and cogs. During every cut and after I usually oil the cutting blades.

Is the grease a thick consistency?

Hello it's just like any other grease it's not runy it's not so thick you can't move it sort of between runy and thick easy to manage hope that help.
