Samsung Micro USB 3.0 Data Cable for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 & Samsung Galaxy S5 - White

This is the basic charger/data cable that comes with the newer Samsung phones. It allows for fast recharging of your phone, and has additional data paths. Also, the double funky width of the connector prevents friends/spouses/kids from using your charger since it only fits newer Samsung phones! I bought two of these to keep, one in my glove box, one in my computer bag, as spares. Read below for my rant on Samsung's god-aweful customer service and ridiculous warranty policy. In case you didn't know this, using any NON SAMSUNG cord on your phone will void the warranty. I didn't fine this out until my original charge/data cable failed, Verizon was out of them, and Samsung required I first send them my defective cable before they would replace it. Since I couldn't go that long without a phone (and yes - I have the expensive insurance but that doesn't cover in-warranty Samsung stuff) I used a new high capacity charger while my replacement was processed. When I called Samsung to find out how much longer it would be, and mentioned I was using one from Verizon that wasn't for Samsung but had the same power output, I was told I'd voided my warranty. WHAT???? Yes. Even the cord Verizon used at the store to set up my phone wasn't Samsung brand - so my ubber expensive phone had a voided warranty literally moments after being removed from the package. We aren't talking about warranty coverage for DAMAGE caused by non Samsung parts - we're talking about ever letting a non Samsung item connect to your phone. A car charger, an AC charger, a data cable that you use to transfer some tunes - if ANYTHING that isn't Samsung connects to your phone it voids the warranty. It's like using a Motorola cord is WORSE than getting your phone wet. A wet phone isn't covered by the warranty for any damage that could have been caused by water, but if the cellular provider sets up your address book with a Motorola branded data cable - nope -no warranty.

My Original Note3 Cable started to take ages to Charge after a year or so and I began using the Standard Micro USB Cables I have around. These were fine but again the length of charge seemed to increase over time so I decided to go back to the original Micro USB Type B Cable with the duel inputs. I've had no problems whatsoever and the charging times have reduced greatly. The product seems genuine. Just ordered my New Galaxy Note 7 so this will be useless for that as it has the new USB C port.

Looking for a new lead for my daughter samsung note pro. Tried to buy one from Samsung, but they were going to charge me over £25 for one, so thought I try amazon and I found this one under £3. Arrived really quick, used it a few times now, did take a long time to charge the first time as the tablet was totally out of charge , but ok now. My daughter said only downfall the lead is not as long as her old one was.

This USB Data Charging Cable is robust and appears to be hard-wearing. It charges my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 just as my original charger. As a data cable, I am able to transfer data and video files to and from both my smartphone and my PC smoothly and very quickly indeed. This confirms that the cable is a USB 3.0. This USB cable is very functional and I recommend it.

well it works but its not the real thing,it charges my phone all right but it takes much longer then the lead that came with my note 3.shame its not quick charging but still its cheep & it will charge your phone to full over night.

Bought to replace an identical cable which broke. Fast delivery, but very short and not sturdily built. I had the old cable for two year to service my old Galaxy note 3, but after only two months the end of the plug that goes into the phone is already wonky in the housing. I doubt it'll last..

This is very charging cable is very good. Its just an amazing buy. It looks original to me, I dont even care because it works perfect and charges even much faster. I bought a similar type which was really bad, it could not even charge my phone. But this USB 3.0 cable type is soo perfect. By the way its just the cable I bought. I highly recommend this product.

This is not a genuine Samsung charger because it does not support USB 3.0 only USB 2.0 for data transfer. it still does the job as of charging your phone but I am interested to see how long it lasts. It looks genuine but the build quality feels so fake compared to my original. The original has a rubbery texture, this one has a hard cheap feel to it. If it supported usb 3.0 i would of given it one or two more stars but Asis purchase just proven quality and originality comes with expense.

Es funktioniert zwar, aber das Aufladen des Galaxy S5 dauert doppelt so lange und es entlädt sich wesentlich schneller als zuvor. USB 3.0 wird zwar erkannt, hätte ich mir aber schneller vorgestellt. Enttäuscht sende ich das Kabel zurück. 2. Bestellung: Diesmal bestelle ich direkt bei Amazon für 12,49€. Das Kabel kommt in einer Verpackung mit Samsung-Schriftzug und es funktioniert perfekt. Aufladung in ca. 100 Minuten wie beim mitgelieferten Originalkabel. Und USB 3.0 ist richtig schnell, wie bei meinem SanDisk Extreme USB-Stick. Auch das Schreiben auf die 64GB MicroSD Pro-Karte von Samsung verläuft richtig flott. Dieses Kabel ist richtig toll! Es ist 50cm länger als das Original-Kabel und deutlich dicker, wegen der besseren Abschirmung. USB 3.0 funktioniert sehr gut und mit deutlichem Geschwindigkeitsvorteil gegenüber dem 2.0 Kabel. Ich frage mich wieso Samsung beim Note4 auf einen USB 3.0 Anschluß verzichtet hat. Für mich ist er beim S5 nicht mehr weg zu denken. Ich finde dieses Kabel hätte dem Note3 und S5 von Anfang an beiliegen sollen!

Es Caro al ser original, pero efectivamente cumple con su prometido. Ya puedo poner el note 3 como un GPS sin problemas en el salpicadero.

Bonjour, ce cable, assez rigide par rapport à celui d'origine vendu avec mon smartphone, mais plus long, fonctionne bien. J'avais acheté l'ensemble complet, mais j'ai dû enlever la prise et mettre la mienne (celle vendue avec le smartphone) car ça ne chargeait pas. Donc le câble seul suffit et c'est un gain d'argent. Salutations.

No sé si será original pero al menos ha venido en la caja de Samsung y la apariencia es de un cable original. Es resistente y mide 1,5 metros. Para mí, perfecto. Cumple con todas las expectativas y, no sé si es que el cable de antes estaba roto pero éste carga en poco más de una hora mi Samsung S5.
