This product is AMAZING! I have frozen shoulder, and this tool has been a true lifesaver. I was hesitant to purchase this product at first because of a few negative reviews. But it’s now clear that some people don’t know how to use this item correctly. To zip down, I (1) attach the tool, (2) unzip the top of the garment with my hand (not the tool)—just a tiny bit to get it started, (3) hold the top of the garment with one hand, and (4) pull the tool down with the other hand—smooth and effortless! It’s so simple, so helpful, and truly a miracle worker. Zipping up is even easier! Lastly, for zippers that you can't clamp, use the hook option! There is a small hole at the base of all zippers. Hook it, and pull!! 10 Stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I like the sipper helper

Although I do like this, it does appear to be a little more complicated when attempting to unzip the dress. But overall I do like it!

I had to stop wearing my dresses that had zippers in the back after my husband past, but this is so easy to use.

Only one of the three hooks fits in my back zippers - with great difficulty. Not sure what the big ones are for. No directions with the product.

I bought this for my gowns in that one place of the waist that always gets stuck. Within the first 1-2 tries and pulls, the attachment came off. I tried all the attachments until all of them broke off. The reason why it broken is because the attachments are held together by a metal ring that can be pretty easily warped. It’s a great concept but the materials aren’t sturdy enough. I think it was like $15 down the drain.

Great gift for single girl recipient

This is my first zipper helper and I love it my first use was a little difficult but, after getting used to it no problems it all. I like that this is cloth not a chain because it's easier to grip and will be more durable in the long run. I chose this particular one because it has different clips or hooks to fit the different style zippers. Some I viewed just had one. I don't know why I waited so long to purchase one. I highly recommend this@

This so good for those hard to get at zips, especially when you have shoulder problems or are a solo traveller that doesn't have someone to help you. Has a couple of different attachments to grab or hook or clip onto your zip and the strap is a great length to easily grab and use.
