Is there a flap on the inside that protects the device from scratching on the zipper when it is shut?

No, the sleeve I received does not really have an extra flap that would be between the zipper and the laptop. There's some padding on both sides of the zipper but it is definitely not enough to prevent contact.

Will the ASUS ROG GL551JM-EH74 15.6" Gaming Laptop fit in the 15 inch sleeve?

I found my Dell 15.6" laptop a VERY snug fit in the 15-inch sleeve.

Does it fit MacBook Air 13 inch?

I think some people are not answering about 13.3 inch size. It does fit a MacBook Air. In fact it is almost too loose. I tried the 11 inch that friend bought for Chromebook and it is too small for a MacAir.

How well does it fit the HP Chromebook 11?

I have a HP Chromebook 11-2110nr. It fits perfectly, not too tight or too loose. Also have a Logitech Unifying receiver that I leave in the USB port, still fits in the sleeve with no problems.
