Excellent product
I read about these capsules in a weekend newspaper magazine. I get constipated and bloating because of my pain medication. Within a few days I noticed the difference. My abdomen was no longer bloated. I first took 2 capsules daily for two weeks, then 1 tablet daily. I noticed the difference; so for me the best dose is two capsules daily. Before ordering a second bottle, I had used all the capsules and all my symptoms came back. I was quite sceptical, about this product, but I do know that gut bacteria is important. Also, I have been losing weight 2lbs every two weeks and I am not dieting. This could be coincidental. I will be ordering more of these capsules and considering the benefit I had, they are good value for money.

Wasn't feeling any difference so i tried the milk test with 2 caps absolutley no change in the milk after 48 hrs at room temp. Guess mine wern't live after all. :-(

Nothing ruined my India trip
I was Rec To buy these before going for a holiday in India, by a friend who went there to and said she didn’t get ill at all after taking these 3 weeks before she went and a further 2 weeks after she returned. I did the same and took no risks while in India , no ice, no street food no salad etc just normal precautions and they were fantastic highly recommend.
