Item is not working
The item is not working start button turn on turn off button. It's not working voice button. It's not working.

Good luck getting the back off!
I would have given this a five star as the remote works fine but the back is ridiculously difficult to get off, especially for older folks. It came with no batteries so I couldn't do a thing or make sure it worked until I found someone who could apply enough pressure to open the darned thing. Other than that, it works as expected.

Could not get it to open to insert the battery
I tried everything I could think of and could not get the back to slide off so that I could insert the battery. I ended up trying to pry it open which was a huge mistake as it broke. I should have just returned it. I did order the cheaper general SONY remote, and it worked.
