Kilner 1 Litre Glass Barrel Drinks Dispenser

The packaging is nice if your buying this as a gift. Very sturdy and heavy. The only thing I noticed is that the little stainless steel cup that covers the hole in the top just sits on it, so if it tips over that will come straight off and the alcohol will come out... I wish there was another seal for the top opening... I have purchased this as a gift for my father to put his whisky in so I hope that is not a problem for him. Anyway for he price it is good!

I decided to get this after paying £45 for a rubbish optic from Etsy. Read the reviews and everyone says there's leaked, not waterproof ect. I took mine straight out of the box and washed it out. It's held a bottle of whiskey in it with no leaks whatsoever. Sturdy, decent quality and a steady stream when pouring from the tap. Definitely worth the money.

This is the second one of these that I have bought. Kilner produces quality glass storage solutions. I use these to store fruit juice in the fridge where my favourite juice stays cold - until I need to refill it! Every works well, no drips, no leaks. I don't use the wooden frame as it takes up too much space. Any regrets? Bought as an Xmas gift for a Whiskey connoisseur. He loves it. Holds a litre of Whiskey. Very sturdy. Great gift for the money.

A beautiful little glass barrel, but when I loaded the first batch of sloe vodka, the tap connection sprung a slow(!) leak and sticky pink liquid oozed down the wall. However, having emptied the barrel, cleaned it and tightened the tap connector by one turn, the refilled item has not leaked and looks great.

So far so good! It arrived very quickly on standard delivery and very well wrapped, as per photos. The barrel is sturdy and I can’t wait for my dad to try it (we’re yet to see if the rap works) but so far I’m very impressed. It comes in a gift box and I can’t wait to give it to him as a Christmas present. I very much like it already! I’ve included a photo of a pint glass next to it so people can get an idea of how tall it is. It looks very cute.

Good product came exactly as pictured Only down side is, the shot measument which goes in the top does not create a sealed container so its not air tight

Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend to go with his whiskey, it is a fantastic gift and looks so well made! However, I was a little disappointed to find the box a bit ripped and tattered, as it is a gift, I wanted it to look brand new. Plus, all of the items in the box weren't in their place and just thrown around the box when I opened it. However, a fab gift for anyone!

Precioso, me hubiese gustado de 2 litros pero también así cabe en la nevera sin ocupar mucho. Nosotros lo tenemos con pacharán casero que hacemos y es una pasada.

Molto carino e fatto molto bene. A me è arrivato integro e con un buon imballaggio. L ho utilizzata come contenitore decorativo dentro il quale ho messo delle sfere di gelatina colorate. Come soprammobile fa davvero il suo effetto! Sicuramente con l alcol dentro è ancora più bello
